I thought it was interesting hear him say that directors, and ex directors, are getting in touch with shareholders with large holdings offering to buy them, they are definately hiding something and are running scared

Well said Mark. You are open and honest. Total opposite to the sham we have at present!! Glad to see that anything in the books will be known to fans-wasn't sure he could do this.

 

I don't think he can, but then who knows anything with Port Vale! TBH sounded to me like he was trying to "spin" it against the board - however Micky has an excellent legal team and they don't seem to be sharing the same concerns as Mark ...which does blow many of his arguments out of the water.

Mark Simms has just hit the nail firmly on the head. If this was about players and assembling a squad, why didnt they just assist MS in every possible avenue to get his backing and financial advances to bring in such players?

 

This club is the laughing stock of the football league. Single-handedly the powers that be are performing the greatest act of treachery against their club, in the history of the game. dispicable, disgusting and utterly soul destroying.

thinks MA is being naive

directors (current and ex) trying to buy shares from shareholders

why didnt the club get in touch with him to bring forward his due dilligence

Adams would have to under go fit and proper test, which takes 21 days

Adams would have to take on financial guarantees

no-one from the club been in touch with him

not convinced its a footballing decision
