With age also comes forgetfulness and a nature that's too trusting. I'm not blindly following anyone thanks, eventually who ever takes over fans will want out because of the instant need most fans crave. If lemmings want to all throw themselves over cliff so be it but i won't be with you.

I will trust my knowledge in business over someone who's worked with kids all their lives, good career but not really relevant in this discussion.

I may forget where I leave my swagger stick but I always know where my money is buried.

Your not going soft by suggesting Im to trusting are you?.. after all the disagreements we have had in the past?

I am' date=' the current owner is judged by a number of people on how he treated Page et al, you want to know how they treat their staff as whoever takes over needs to strengthen all relationships including staff and customers. Good staff don't tend to leave companies they tend to leave employers who don't value you them in one way or another.[/quote']

bad staff tend to leave with a chip on their shoulder and a flea in their ear.... so their opinion becomes slightly irrelevant unless you know their work history

Give it up man. What is your point? For some reason you wouldn't let go man. Why? I don't understand why you can't just be sane and reasonable? Rather than kicking all and sundry. I don't get it? I'm probably in a minority of one who thinks if you got your head in gear you could have something sensible to say. And the monkey off your back... to nix mate.

It can't be nice to be viewed as a ****. Get your arse in gear REP and post positive stuff rather than snide rumours. Step up to the plate man, and tell us positive ****. And don't give the Jacksons a kicking for being old. That is a cheap shot. Agree? Love Toyah xxxx

I didnt judge him by what he did [although it could have been handled better] but by the fact he did it publicly which reflected on the club.

The deal's off.

Ex-employee claims that Synectics forced him to do voluntary work in Burslem.

We don't really know what NS did before he bought the Club. He certainly didn't manage people. Just houses and most of those don't tend to speak.

Certainly some truth in that, I've never actually fallen out with anyone I've employed and then ultimately had to let go but you never know what they may say behind your back.

Whilst it's tongue in cheek I would say the owner I'm sure would admit he isn't particularly a people person!

You never know what they say if you dont let them go... but if you worry about stuff like that you would never employ anyone.

It's because I've spent my life working with kids that I understand you so well.
