Overall Vale played well on a surface that cut up. It was only one worldie that got them back in the game but even after that they didn't threaten that much.

Megan is right, David Worrall in one very underrated player.

Good mostly professional performance, second goal filthy but we seemed to enjoy ourselves a little too much second half with the turns and flicks and maybe got a little too casual, poor goal to let it again from range; travelled a long way that one but in fairness after that we were comfortably able to see it out.

Goal against is the talking point from a negative and also we were wasteful but can’t grumble too much after another win which will breed confidence.

9 days now to patch up, maybe have a few days off and then ready to push on in December.

Massey and Odubeko gave a tour de force in not being arsed. 

All our old stagers put in a shift.  Should be an example to them. Just raked in 20k for the club and the round of 16.

Think we're starting to see which players are crucial to our ability to play football, control the midfield, and get us up the pitch. Awful last 30 minutes. I would say that the following HAVE to be in the squad when fit:

Hall and Jones
Smith
Cass and Forrester
Worrall and Robinson
Pett and Walker
Garrity
Wilson
Harrison
Butterworth

Get a good LWB, ball playing CM and a backup striker and we'll be good for the rest of the season. The rest have played enough for me now to suggest that they'll struggle to be anything but average to poor at this level this season

Made heavy weather of the second half, first half was like watching a 70s dutch team.

Holden and politics best game so far, both managed to actually affect the game. Our play went downhill when Wilson and holden went off, Mipo and Massey with two of the worst substitute performances ive seen in a long while. Politic particularly lost all rhythm trying to play alongside them.
