Peterborough have also signed an 18yr old defender from Rochdale today

They like their National League players...they take a punt and more often than not it pays off for them

Zak Jules signs for Rotherham,he has had a decent career tbf considering he is one of the worst I have seen when playing for Vale and I have seen a lot of bad uns

Peterborough have also signed an 18yr old defender from Rochdale today
They like their National League players...they take a punt and more often than not it pays off for them

It would be interesting to see if it does, in terms of both improving their first team and making a profit. I genuinely don't know, but I do like the idea

Didn't they sell one in January who they had from non league and then had him loaned back?

They do have one or two fail but they do like a player they can sell on... I love the idea tbh

They have given the young lad a 4yr deal as well and Conn-Clarke also has a 3yr with the option of another 12mths

True, giving it any league is exciting, even if it’s league two, but equally it’s not much fun fighting relegation in league two either which we did for a few seasons before we finally went back up.

We can’t be relying on Smith. I think Moore will have seen enough from him at the end of last season and will be looking for cb X 2 hopefully.
