I know there are some on here who search these things but any idea what decent CB's are still available on a free? I mean it could be that we pay for one from another club but even I cant see us paying many more fees if we pay for another striker

I don't know any WSU, it's not easy to keep up withe all this stuff from so far away.  I only know of Raggett as I saw he'd been released by Pompey on the BBC website and my mate over here who is a Pompey fan reckoned he's a decent, commanding CB and his credentials, eg height etc fit the bill.

You may be right about paying more fees out for players but here's to hoping we can bring in more quality fee or no fee.  Curtis and Stockley at least look real good signings to me but you never know.

Let's hope the new broom turn them into serial winners

What interview is this? I've just checked YouTube and Mike baggleys blog and can't find anything?

The squad is already oversized. He has to say that. Minimum 4 will leave I’m sure. Within the club or out of the club on social media, certain players will not want to be here because they are not wanted.

Loft. Grant. Lowe. Ojo. You know where the door is.

Slotht and Slojo need a foot up their backside. I’d rather get rid of Jones Sang and Debs

I dont really know a lot about him but have seen you mention him a few times now,so I looked him up and he certainly has experience at a higher level so League 2 shouldn't be a problem to him,i wonder why Cambridge released him after playing a fair few games for them

Someone else mentioned him before me. He's a man mountain, a leader, experienced ex premier defender. Thought in the 1-1 at Cambridge in September he was commanding.

Probably his age against him with Cambridge?

Just think he'd be a good fit. Only on a one year deal though.

He's just talking generally about the start of the new season and the release of the fixtures.

The squad certainly isn't oversized right now. We have 15 outfield players, 1 second year professional and up to 5 first year professionals. Before transfer windows you could go with that, now you can't.  Whether he can move players on is a different issue. The later in the window you move players on the less the options to replace them.

Good job social media wasn't around in 2001 when we signed a 36 year old John Durnin from Rhyl!
(turned out to be decent though from what I remember!)

He was god-awful mate. From what I can remember.

Your memory must be worse than others as I also thought he was decent

All opinions but I thought he was ok. Played a big part in us staying up I think.
