His injury record throughout his career is horrendous. Makes Willo look like a Nathan Smith. Talented but as you say massive risk.

Dan Jones is the worry for me. Hardly been fit these past 2 seasons & I thought he was poor at times in league two. I’d be hoping we can shift him on & bring in a more reliable upgrade. I don’t mind Smudger, Jesse & the Yak for next season along with a new face

Especially for a Vale squad that, even after releasing James Wilson, still contains Dan Jones, Mitch Clark and Conor Grant - all of whom (sadly for them) have a history of injuries.

We want players who connect with the crowd .

Look at Bolton only 3  players stayed and faced the fans and  clapped the fans  i heard (,Garrity Chislett  Ripley I believe).

That to me tells me the mentality of the rest towards the support 

You could see it in a lot of the home games especially once Arblaster/Devine had gone .

I'm still undecided on season ticket because of what I've being witnessing. 

It's hard forget 

Why would I trust people who I go watch if there the spine of another team

They had no spine last year how do you convince 5 .5 k season tickets holders from last season any different .

Players hiding on the pitch .

Downing tools after Xmas 2023 same again after Xmas 2024.

Crikey I'd be doing everything I can get rid of most

Even if it was Dipepa/Chislett or Garrity although obviously not ideal as long as the money was put back into the team then we should be ok

He’s had injury after injury all through his career mate. His latest one being much longer than previous but overall his record is incredibly scary.

Having read the article a bit deeper it reminded me of Lewis Haldane. Got an infection in the injury and made the situation worse.

Massive NO from me, and as you say we ok in midfield at the moment. 

Where did this rumour surface I wonder. Bit random.

You’d struggle find many current players with better ability & atrocious injury records than Rossiter. Fully expect him to be signed up soon 😂

Injured & been messing about with contracts for an age now. Sure I heard he’s not expected to be back until at least November. I don’t think we’ll see Walters in a vale shirt again myself & certainly don’t expect him to be upto speed probably till Xmas time. Lots of potential there but I’m not convinced I’d want to see him playing too often in the league games not so sure he’s ready just yet
